Eustance &
Horowitz, P.C. is one of the oldest and largest consulting
engineering firms in Orange County, New York. From its Circleville
location, Eustance & Horowitz, P.C. has served the Hudson Valley for
over fifty years.
The original
engineering practice was established by Arthur W. Eustance in 1948 and
has continued in business since that time. In 1950, Aaron Horowitz
jointed the firm and in 1955, a partnership was established under the
name of Eustance & Horowitz Engineers.
E&H provides professional engineering, planning and surveying services
to both private and public sector clients. The majority of our work
is in the Hudson Valley Counties of Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess,
Putnam, Rockland and Westchester.
