At E&H, we are realists and at the same time, innovative. We led the
way by introducing curvilinear road patterns in place of the more
typical grid design and pioneered cluster planning - proven to be
effective in controlling subdivision, utility and road construction
costs. In addition, we have consistently applied environmental
analysis to our land use planning.
