1. Orange County Government Center
Expansion - the project included a site analysis and feasability
report for a master plan for the entire Orange County Government Center
property. Reviewed 20 year projection of office space needs,
availability of utilities, off-site improvements, and special
considerations such as wetlands and historic preservation.
2. Site selection for new Orange Regional Medical Center Hospital
- Development of scoring system for 37 different parcels in the Goshen,
Middletown, Chester corridor, meeting, hospital site criteria needs and
selection of the most suitable parcel.
3. Home Depot Distribution Center, design and management of
infrastructure for a 761,000 S.F. distribution facility, including water
exploration in the Town of Montgomery, sewage pump station, stormwater
management and detention facilities.
4. Hardware Wholesalers, Inc., now Do It Best, design and
management of infrastructure for a 400,000 S.F. distribution facility,
including water exploration in the Towns of Montgomery and Hamptonburgh.
5. Design and manage the infrastructure for a 700,000 S.F. distribution
facility for Baxter Healthcare, now Allegiance, including water
exploration and the design of a water treatment and wastewater treatment
facility in the Towns of Montgomery and Hamptonburgh.
6. Design and construction inspection for the Northeast Business
Center in Newburgh. Tasks included the design of a seven lot
commercial business park (including the 500,000 S.F. Caldor facility)
including internal roadways, sewers, water and drainage.
7. Engineering During Construction of several projects for Columbia
Development such as the ShopRite Supermarket of Hyde Park.
Work included engineering during construction and inspection of a water
line replacement in the New York State right-of-way of Route 9 and
highway improvements for ingress and egress to New York State Route 9 -
all under the jurisdiction of the New York State Department of
Transportation.
8. Design, construction inspection and engineering during construction
for a 296 unit condominium project in the Town of Wallkill. The
project included the restoration of an existing 50 acre lake, sewer and
water extensions, wetland delineations, drainage and roadway design and
construction.
9. Design, construction inspection and engineering during construction
for a 150 unit condominium project in the Town of Thompson in
Sullivan County. Work included the design and construction of a
water pump station and a sewage pump station including 2,000' of force
main.
